Tom Schoening presented MEREDA President’s Award
Tom Schoening recently received the President’s Award from the Maine Real Estate and Development Association (MEREDA).
MEREDA relies heavily on its volunteer board and committee members to promote an environment for responsible development and ownership of commercial real estate throughout Maine. The MEREDA Executive Board singled out Tom for his exceptional leadership in developing the newly inaugurated Local Issues Committee. As the Chair of the Local Issues Committee Tom was involved in advocating for MEREDA in opposition the 2020 Portland Ballot initiatives and proposed building moratorium in South Portland.
