Christopher E. Pazar
Chris is a Maine attorney who focuses on Real Estate and general Civil Litigation. In addition to his own real estate litigation practice, Chris regularly serves as a mediator in real estate disputes or as an expert witness.
Experience
Chris Pazar has been practicing law for 30 years. During law school, he worked as a summer associate for a small Lewiston, Maine law firm searching real estate titles. Following law school, he accepted a position as a law clerk for the Maine Superior Court for eight years.
Before joining Drummond & Drummond in December, 2008, Chris spent nine years as claims counsel for First American Title Insurance Company across the entire State of Maine. There, he developed extensive experience in title insurance underwriting, claims litigation, and the resolution of a wide variety of real estate disputes. Chris also served as Editor to a published guide to real estate, A Practical Guide to Maine Residential Real Estate Transactions and Foreclosure.
About Chris
Chris was raised in Arlington, Massachusetts and spent most summers and many weekends at his family’s hunting camp in Limington, Maine. In 1987, he and his wife Anne Marie met while working together in the York County District Attorney’s Office. They live in Yarmouth and enjoy spending their free time watching their four children on the various athletic fields, music and theatre auditoriums and scouting events in the local area.
