Peter D. Klein
Pete grew up in New Canaan, Connecticut and received his undergraduate degree in English Literature from Wheaton College in Illinois in 1998. He attended the New England School of Law on a full scholarship and was a member of the Law Review. He graduated from law school with honors in 2001 and moved to Maine with his wife, a native of the Chicago area, shortly thereafter.
Before joining Drummond & Drummond in November of 2006, Pete spent five years practicing law in Bangor, Maine, with a focus on bankruptcy, commercial litigation and commercial loan origination. He is now part of the firm's growing commercial loan team and continues to focus on commercial loans, commercial transactions and bankruptcy matters. Pete is on the Board of Governors of the New Lawyer's Section of the Maine Bar Association. He was a member of the varsity golf team in college, and Pete continues to play golf as often as possible.
Pete is an avid Red Sox fan and enjoys making home brew beer. Pete lives with his wife and two children in Cumberland.
