Since its formation nearly
one hundred and twenty years ago, Drummond & Drummond, LLP has provided a wide range
of legal services to individuals and to the Maine banking and business communities. In the
last two decades, our practice has expanded to include national business and institutional
clients.
Our practice is concentrated
primarily in the areas of: business planning and formation; commercial lending; corporate
law; banking; real estate, including finance and equity transactions; estate planning and
administration; personal injury; bankruptcy; and insurance and business litigation.
The primary motivating force in
the practice of law at Drummond & Drummond, LLP is a commitment to representing our
clients' interests through the delivery of legal services of the highest quality. Our
experience and size allow us to respond to the needs of our clients in a timely, effective
and efficient manner and enables us to offer each client direct access to the attorney
responsible for the case. We do not burden our clients with the inefficiencies and
frustrations associated with larger firms.
The efficiency of our attorneys is
enhanced by a highly skilled staff and state-of-the-art communication and information
systems.
At Drummond & Drummond, LLP we
believe that an understanding by both client and attorney of the nature and extent of
legal services and compensation for those services is fundamental to achieving our goal of
delivering effective legal representation. We are prepared to design a program of services
individually tailored to each client's needs and a compensation arrangement that is
sensitive to each client's budgetary constraints. We are accustomed to providing fee
estimates, and in appropriate situations can offer fixed-fee, capped-fee and
volume-discount arrangements.
