Lauren A. Thomas is a native Mainer who grew up in Portland. Lauren practices in the areas of collection, foreclosure, real estate, eviction and bankruptcy. A 2007 graduate of the University of Maine School of Law, she was admitted to practice law in the State of Maine that same year, and was later admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2008. While in law school, Lauren interned with the Office of the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee for the District of Maine. Prior to law school, Lauren attended Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated cum laude, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Civilization. Before joining Drummond & Drummond, LLP in October 2011, Lauren practiced law in Beverly, Massachusetts and Portland, Maine where her practice focused in foreclosure and collections. Lauren is a member of the Maine Bar Association. She enjoys hiking, running, and cooking. Lauren and her husband reside in South Portland.
