Jennifer I. Richard, Partner
Jennifer joined the firm in December 1995 after receiving her J.D. Degree from Franklin Pierce Law School. While attending law school, Jennifer served as a law clerk intern for the Honorable Stephen J. McAuliffe, United States District Court, New Hampshire. She is admitted to practice law in both Maine and New Hampshire.
Her practice at Drummond & Drummond focuses on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate administration and taxation. Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors for the Maine Estate Planning Council and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Maine. She is a past Trustee for the United Way Foundation of Greater Portland and continues to serve on the Foundation's Kenneth J. Higgins Scholarship selection committee. Jennifer serves as an adjunct professor for Merrimack College's Certificate Program in Financial Planning, teaching the Estate Planning FP106 course in Portland.
Jennifer is also an avid downhill skier. She enjoys tennis and spending time at Lake Sunapee in New Hampshire. Jennifer and her husband and three children reside in Cumberland, Maine.
