Christopher E. Pazar
Christopher is originally from Arlington, Massachusetts, and graduated from Boston College in 1983. In 1986 he graduated with honors from Boston College School of Law in 1986, and he was admitted to practice in Maine and Massachusetts. After receiving his law degree, Christopher served as a Judicial Clerk with the Maine Superior Court and later served as an Assistant District Attorney for the York County District Attorney's office.
Before joining Drummond & Drummond in December of 2008, Christopher was State Counsel for First American Title Insurance Company for the State of Maine, where he developed extensive expertise in title insurance underwriting, claims litigation, and the resolution of a wide variety of real estate disputes. He has joined the firm as Senior Real Estate Litigation Counsel, and now is a part of the firm's litigation practice group, with a practice focusing on residential and commercial title insurance, real estate litigation, title insurance claims litigation, real estate dispute mediation, and general real estate law. He is a member of the New England Land Title Association, Maine State Bar Association, and Massachusetts State Bar Association.
Christopher lives with his wife and four children in Yarmouth. Chris enjoys camping and exploring Casco Bay in his boat and is an active volunteer in Yarmouth Boy Scout Troop 35.
