ANDREW W. SPARKS - Partner

Andy joined the firm in January 1991 and became a partner in January 1998. He is in charge of civil litigation and bankruptcy matters, focusing primarily in the areas of title insurance defense and business transactions for numerous title insurance companies, businesses and financial institutions. Andy has had extensive, State-wide litigation experience related to banking, commercial and financial areas of the law in U.S. District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the entire State court system. Andy graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1984 and Valparaiso University School of Law in 1987. He is admitted to the Bar in both Maine and Massachusetts. Andy lives with his wife and children in Falmouth, where he is an active community member. He is an avid outdoorsman and swimmer and a regular past competitor in the "Peaks to Portland" annual swimming event.
