ARTHUR A. CERULLO - Partner
Arthur has been practicing law with the firm since his graduation from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire, in 1981. Before attending law school he was an engineer with an international engineering firm based in Boston and he has a BS and MS from Tufts University. His areas of practice include commercial loan transactions, bankruptcy, wills, trusts and estates, and domestic relations. He has taught courses on banking law and real estate to groups of attorneys, bankers, and real estate agents. He is admitted to the State and Federal Bar in both Maine and Massachusetts, as well as the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Arthur is active in community affairs on the state and local level. He was involved in bringing the Liberty Ship Memorial to fruition in South Portland and was president of his parish council for five years. He is a past president of the Board of Directors of the American Lung Association of Maine as well as the Pine Tree Burn Foundation and remains an active member of both boards. Arthur is now also a delegate at large for the National Assembly of the American Lung Association.
An avid cyclist, Arthur has ridden in the Trek Across Maine since 1989 and commutes by bicycle throughout the year from his home in North Yarmouth where he resides with his wife, Mary.
